  1. Windows 95 Chat Utility

  3. Use this utility to conduct "chat" sessions with
  4. others over a network.

  8. By using the following Utility (the "Software"), you 
  9. are hereby agreeing to the included license agreement.  
  10. Please review the file LICENSE.TXT.

  13. HOW TO INSTALL
  14. --------------

  16. 1) Double-click the file CHAT.EXE. This will cause it to 
  17.    de-compress itself.

  20.     *    CAUTION!  Make sure that you are running this    *
  21.     *    .EXE file in an empty folder or on a blank       *
  22.     *    formatted diskette!                              *
  23.     *                                                     *
  24.     *    DO NOT run this .EXE file in your \WINDOWS       *
  25.     *    or \WINDOWS\SYSTEM folder!                       *

  29. 2) Right-click the "WINCHAT.INF" Setup Information File, and 
  30.    choose "Install" from the pop-up menu.  This will install 
  31.    the utility.

  33. 3) Once you have installed this utility, you can delete the files 
  34.    from the folder that CHAT.EXE was run.
  35.  
  36. 4) If you need to uninstall this utility, open the Control Panel, 
  37.    and double-click "Add/Remove Software."
